Every Crackerlingcracker contains a snap mechanism, a paper party hat, and a printed joke. Depending on the cracker you order, you'll also find chocolates, sweets, or biscuits inside.

The items are loose inside the cracker — just like a traditional cracker. When you pull it, everything tumbles out as it should. No boxes, no plastic trays, no unnecessary packaging.

Yes — you can add up to 15 characters of text to the outside of the wrapping on any cracker. Perfect for names, initials, or a short message. The text is printed directly onto the wrapping as part of the design.

Type your joke straight into the box on any cracker page (up to 120 characters) and we'll print it exactly as you write it. Prefer to leave it to us? Choose a style below — Christmas Cheer, Classic Pun, or Bah Humbug — and we'll write one for you.

We aim to dispatch within 2–3 working days of order confirmation. Delivery timescales below start from dispatch and are estimates — they depend on our courier partners. Once your order is on its way, you can expect:

• Standard Delivery — 3–5 working days (mainland UK)
• Express Delivery — 1–2 working days (mainland UK)
• Next Working Day — order by 1 pm (mainland UK)
• Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, IoM — allow extra time

We do our best to get your order out quickly, but delays can occasionally happen due to courier capacity, especially in the run-up to Christmas. We'd always recommend ordering with a little time to spare.

We recommend ordering by 15 December to give your order the best chance of arriving before Christmas Day. Orders placed after this date may still arrive in time, but we can't guarantee it — delivery timescales depend on our courier partners and seasonal demand. Order early to be safe.

Not currently. We deliver to mainland UK, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands. International delivery isn't available at the moment.

If something has arrived damaged, isn't what you ordered, or there's anything else that's not right — just drop us an email with your order reference and we'll make it right.

Because every cracker is made specifically to your order, we start production promptly once payment is confirmed. The snap mechanism produces a loud bang and some contents may be unsuitable for very young children, particularly hard sweets. We recommend adult supervision when pulling crackers with children under 3. The chocolates and sweets inside are standard confectionery and are not nut-free by default — please be mindful of any allergies.

Absolutely — the Bespoke Cracker in particular lends itself well to corporate gifting. If you're ordering a large quantity or have a specific brief in mind, get in touch at hello@crackerling.co.uk before placing your order and we'll see what we can do.

We'd suggest ordering at least two weeks before you need them to be safe, and earlier during peak Christmas season. If you're cutting it close, choose Express or Next Working Day delivery at checkout.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via Stripe's secure payment page. Your card details never touch our servers. We don't currently accept PayPal, BACS, or cash.
